FTU Dashboard training information and the online course can be accessed from either of the following web pages:

  • FTU Login page at https://ftu.ais.msu.edu/ (link) without logging in, click User Support in the Information box, on the User Support page scroll down to the Training section
  • FTU Dashboard after logging in click User Support in the left navigation menu, scroll down to the Training section.

Are FTU support staff members on call to help me with online training issues and questions?

During IT Services business hours, you can always talk to a real live person. If you need assistance with training or if you have any questions, you can contact the IT Service Desk (contact information below). An FTU support staff member will then contact you.

The MSU IT Service Desk is at your service for login help, administrative support and referral needs. If they can't solve your problem or answer your question, they know who can.
