Who can use FTU? Which form applications can they use?
Anyone affiliated with MSU with a valid MSUNetID — faculty, staff, students — can access the FTU Dashboard (although once a person logs in to the Dashboard, there may not be any information if the user is not an initiator or approver). An FTU user can only access routing slips on which he/she is an actor — the form initiator, an approver, reviewer or email recipient.
Can students access FTU?
Yes.
How are people uniquely identified in FTU?
FTU uses MSU NetIDs as a unique identifier of people. An FTU user must log in with a valid MSU NetID.
