Objective

Following these steps will start or stop sharing content from your connected device's screen to the video conferencing screen.

Before You Begin

Users connected with some mobile/desktop applications may not be able to see content.

Laptops may need to have their VGA or HDMI port activated before they can successfully share content. Depending on model or type of computer, that can be done by pressing the Function Key (fn) and selecting F8 or F5. If you need help with sending content please request meeting or event support (link).

Steps

To start showing content from a source connected to a RealPresence Group system:

  1. Using your remote select the  and then select your content source from the list. 
  2. While in a call, you can select  > Select on your remote to turn on and off the last used content source. 

To stop showing content:

  1. Using your remote control, select  > Hide and the name of your content source, such as Hide Laptop.
