Teleradiology - General Information About Viewing the Teleradiology Study Worklist

Once logged into the Teleradiology reference the Study Worklist below:
The worklist will automatically show the current date studies. This will refresh every 30 sec.
You can adjust the date range (#1). This will adjust the page refresh to every 5 min.

Patient Status indicators (#3)
Priority
– STAT cases will appear in
RED
(with outline)
# Images
– Indicates number of images sent for current study
Status
Not Complete – Study is created
For studies marked as ‘NOT COMPLETE’ the technologist needs to edit and complete certain required fields on the study before marking the study as ‘Sent’ which will make the study available for radiologist interpretation.
Sent – Exam Complete checkbox is checked (ready for Radiologist)
Final – Radiologist signs report (report is distributed to referring physician)
Uploaded – Uploaded into Ordering site EHR.
Report
– Indicates who dictated report
Schedule
(#4): Will display the Radiologist assigned schedule for each day and the associated extension at their location. Ex: reading station 4-3327. Please dial 88* prefix to the number for off campus locations. Phone Number is: 884-3327.
Contact
(#4): Will display Radiologists, including sub-specialties/cell phone numbers.
