There are two ways to get a photo to the MSU ID Office so they can create your MSU Spartan Card:

- Simply reply to that email with an atached JPEG photo by August 14.
- If you did not receive the email, email idoffice@msu.edu from your MSU email account to request it.
- Once your photo is approved, you can pick up your MSU Spartan Card in the ID Office, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4:45 p.m.
- During Fall Welcome, from August 21-24, pre-printed Spartan Cards with uploaded photos can be picked up at the STEM Building, room 1201. Watch idoffice.msu.edu (link) for details.
- A government-issued ID card is required at pickup (driver’s license, state ID or passport).
