Use AI Ticket Summaries

AI Ticket Summaries generate two types of summaries on the ticket:

  • Ticket Details: Gives a general summary based on the ticket's title, description, and any free text custom attributes.
  • Recent Activity: Give a summary of the most recent Communication-type feed entries.

To view AI Ticket Summaries:

  1. In Work Management (TDNext), go to your ticket.
  2. At the top of the ticket, click in the View Ticket Summary panel.

Using Revise with AI

  • Users can utilize Revise with AI to revise all of the text within a rich text editor by clicking the 'Revise with AI' button located in the toolbar. They will then be presented with a window to preview their revised text, which they can choose to accept or further refine.
  • Users can also revise a portion of their text by highlighting the desired portion, then clicking the 'Revise with AI' button.
