Objective
Following these steps will set up a recurring Zoom meeting.
Before You Begin
Be sure to navigate to zoom.msu.edu (link) and set up the settings you wish to use for the recurring Zoom meetings.
Steps
- Navigate to D2L and log in using your MSU credentials.
- Select your course.
- Select Content in the navigation bar.
- Navigate to the section in which you wish to add the recurring Zoom meetings and select Existing Activities.
- Select External Learning Tools in the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down and select Zoom Meetings.
- "Zoom Meetings" has been added to the desired location. You can select the link to set up the recurring meetings.
- Select Schedule a New Meeting in the top right corner.
- Select the Enter your meeting topic field and fill out the title.
- Under Time Zone, select Recurring meeting and choose the details of the meetings, including how often you'd like for them to occur and when they should stop.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save.
- To see the meetings, select Communication on the navigation bar within the course.
- You're done! You've successfully set up a recurring Zoom meeting.
