I'm an Invitee Looking for the Password
If you are prompted to enter a password and do not have it:
- Check your calendar invite to see if the password is in the calendar item message
- Check your deleted items folder for the invite
- Check your Junk mail
- Else, reach out to the meeting host (who set up the meeting) and ask them to re-send the invite or provide the password directly
I'm the Meeting Host Looking for the Password
If you need to find the password for one of your upcoming meetings:
- Log in to msu.zoom.us (link)
- Click on Meetings on the left side of the page
- Click on the name of the meeting where you need the password
