Technical Support Options
According to HR's website (above), for technical support, there are options for email, telephone and live chat support directly from Skillsoft (the elevateU vendor) at this link: http://support.skillsoft.com/ (link). You may also be able to get help from your unit IT professional if you need updates, such as Java.

Student Life and Engagement (SLE) Staff
SLE deploys a separate instance of elevateU services for delivery of job relating training such as chemical and food safety certification courses. SLE staff encountering issues with their login to that should contact Digital Strategies and Services for support. See their Client Portal (link) for details.
