Reload button is like a cancel button which will clear any unsaved changes.

Understanding the Route Log
The best way to understand the routing is to open the route log which is contained in the bottom of the document. For an example, a the document is in an "In Action List Approve" status for Paul Thompson and in a "Pending Approve" status for Matthew McKeon.
No one can take action on this document until Paul takes his action because the document is currently in his Action List. Once he approves the document, the document will move to the next route node, in this case, to Matthew.
It will continue through the route log one by one until everyone has approved.

Changing Account Managers and Fiscal Officers
To change an account manager or fiscal officer:
- Log in to KFS
- Go to the Account link under the Chart of Accounts section of the Main Menu
- Enter the Account Number in the Account Lookup page
- Select Search
- Select Edit under the Actions column
- Go to the Account Responsibility section of the Account document
- Change fields as needed

Content Approver (How to set someone up as Content Reviewer)
Need to submit a Default Form from the Access Management service page (link) to gain access to the Content Reviewer role.

Edit Remit Address
Select the Vendor option in the Main Menu tab then search for the vendor. Once located, there should be an EDIT option on the left side where you can edit information about the particular vendor.

Locate check number for DV payment
There is a Payment Information sub tab on the edoc that includes the check number.
You can also go to the Maintenance tab on the KFS main screen and use the Search for Payment screen on the right hand side of the screen at the bottom of the pre_Disburesment Processor section.

Remove Account Delegates
There is not a means to mass remove account delegations. If you replace your name with the name of the new delegate, EBS could overlay the information using the Account Delegate Model and Account Delegate Global from Model documents.

Problems
Lost access to Finance (Cannot log in to KFS)
Typically happens after a leave of absence or change in their position.
Submit a service request (link) and include the following:
- Name and msunetid of person to re-instate
- Date of return
- Look up security contact and add it to the ticket

Select reimbursement payment reason code instead of payment reason code (or vice versa depending on the document)

Purchase Order sent with wrong vendor
Advise to finish the PO and create a purchase order adjustment (POA) to modify the vendor.
