Problem

When attempting to launch a virtual desktop (VDI), you may receive an error saying: "The attempted logon is invalid. This is either due to a bad username or authentication information. The revocation status of the certificate used for authentication could not be determined."

Resolution

1. Select the OK button on the error
2. Select Other user from the bottom left corner
3. Enter your MSU NetID and password to log in and launch the VDI
