Problem
An individual CASHnet store merchant or their customers indicate they are receiving one of the following error message when trying to access the stores URL:
- This site is temporarily down for maintenance. We regret the inconvenience. Please try again later.
- Error: The requested page cannot be accessed. Most likely causes:
- You do not have permission to view this page using the credentials that you supplied.
- Cookies are not enabled. Please enable cookies in your internet browser and try again.
Because of the error message, the CASHnet store merchant may believe that the entire CASHnet application is "down". However, the actual cause maybe the CASHnet store merchant may have inadvertently taken their store offline through the Store Scheduler function or the store is disabled for administrative reasons.

Resolution
Verify the reported issue is only limited to the affected store by copying and pasting the following URL into their internet web browser:
https://commerce.cashnet.com/msu_3001
The stores "homepage" should display indicating that CASHnet is functioning properly.
