PACS - Unable to View Images Marked Online in PACS

Problem

A study was marked online, but still can't be viewed. GE ROC changed the status to N, and we pulled back the study from the archive. GE ROC says this can happen sometimes, and only the ROC can fix it.

  1. Call the ROC (remote operations center)
    • Phone Number: 1-800-437-1171
    • System ID: 517353PACSEESW
  2. Tell them that there is a study that is marked online ( OL status is Y in Centricity) but it keeps prompting to fetch from Archive, and will not display.
  3. They will ask for the accession number.
  4. They will then update the STS status for the exam which will go to the STS (short tern storage) and try to locate the images. When it cannot find them it will change the status to N.  You can now pull the study online, and view it.
