PACS - Reject Feature is Greyed Out

Problem

When trying to reject an item in PACS, the reject option is greyed out.

Environment

PACS

Resolution

1. Make sure it is not verified. 
2. If it is, then un-verify it. 
3. If it is completed, the Dr. who read it should make sure it is ok to reject.
4. Make sure if it is unverified (arrived) that the study is not in Stack mode.  
5. Top left part of the viewpoint should be set at 1, and not stack.

Cause

The item is not yet in a state where it can be rejected.
