Educational Technology Training - How To Make Video Conference Calls into Rooms Using the COM Gatekeeper From Outside MSU's Network

When dialing into a room that is:

• configured to use the COM Gatekeeper,
• from a system that is outside of MSU's network, AND
• that is not configured to use the COM Gatekeeper:

you will need to dial 35.9.179.33 and then the systems extension.

This dial string can be formatted a few different ways depending on what type of system is initiating the call:

• When dialing form a Polycom system you can dial 35.9.179.33##extension.
• When dialing from a Cisco system you will need to dial extension@35.9.179.33.
