Virtual Desktop (VDI) - Error "This request is not supported" from vdi.msu.edu

Problem

When attempting to launch a virtual desktop (VDI) from vdi.msu.edu, you may receive an error saying: "This request is not supported"

Resolution

  1. Select the OK button on the error
  2. Select Other user from the bottom left corner
