Tags how-to public

Objective

Following these steps will allow you to make changes to how your desired pronouns are handled in your MSU Spartan 365 profile, including showing or not showing them at all.

Environment

Spartan 365

Before You Begin

Using this feature is optional, not mandatory. Whether or not to share or publicly display pronouns is always up to an individual. Pronouns should never be assigned to one person by another person. It should be up to the person using them to decide when, where, and which pronouns are used – including whether to use this feature.

Steps

  1. Open your profile card (link) in Teams or Outlook on the web (link).
    • To open your profile card in Teams, you can select your profile picture in the upper right corner of Teams.
