Spartan 365 - How To Remove Email Forwarding Using Tools365 - Internal Only

Objective

Following these steps will remove an active forwarding address from a user account using Tools365.

Environment

Spartan Mail
Tools365

Before You Begin

You need access to Tools365 to use this process. You must be connected to the VPN to access Tools365.

Steps

  1. Go to https://tools365.mail.msu.edu/ (link)
  2. Locate the user to remove forwarding
  3. Scroll down to the O365 Exchange section
  4. Select the pencil/edit icon next to Forward

  5. Erase everything from the Forward field and select the check icon to save the change

  6. You're done! You've removed the forwarding from the selected user.
