Projects Affected
- IT Project – Project within MSU IT that is determined to be a strategic priority. This type of project likely requires an IT Project Manager (PM) or support from an IT PM. IT IT Projects generally involve multiple IT Units and/or are complex.
- Department Project – Project within IT Department that is not one of the MSU IT strategic priorities and is managed by a team member in the department. These can be important unit initiatives, operational projects, or activities that have importance and and department leaders want to track and acknowledge the activity. Department Projects are designed to fill the gap between Tickets and IT Projects.
