Objective
Following these steps will change the password on your Avaya Workplace account.

Before You Begin
The phone extension must be assigned to you for this process to work. If it is not, then your supervisor may need to request a Telecom consultation to assist getting everything set up on your behalf.
Steps
- Log in to the Telecom Self-Service Portal
- Select Softphone Options from the menu on the left side of the page

- Confirm your Extension and enter the Password you want

- Select Change
- You're done! You've successfully set the password for your Avaya Workplace account.
Additional Info
If you are unable to reset your password this way, submit a Service Request and in the Comments field note that this is a request to change the Avaya login password for your extension and you were unable to do so from the self-service portal.
