User is Unable to Log In to WebARIS - Internal Only

WebARIS is tied to a user's RADIOLOGY windows account via LDAP. Clinical users (Reception/Technologist/Radiologist/Referring Physician) should have access to WebARIS system.

If a user is able to login to a machine with a RAD user ID and password, but unable to login to WebARIS access their PC remotely and see if they are getting an error message or unable to open the URL itself.

Requires active connection to the PACS vLAN

WebARIS portal for outside (non-MSU) clinics >> https://teleradiology.rad.msu.edu/
Requires the clinic's site-to-site VPN tunnel with Radiology.  Eligible users who cannot reach this site should verify they are on the correct network.

 

If a user is trying to login to WebARIS for the first time (prior to changing their Radiology password), they will be prompted to change their password (this prompt is indicated by an error "Unable to login" and a link to the Self-Service Portal). Once they change their password, they should have access to WebARIS.

If a HealthTeam user has an MSUFGP account, but is not setup in WebARIS, they will see this error.
