Classroom Support - How to Print 11x17 Tabloid Formatted Documents at Select MSU Locations

Objective

Following these steps will allow you to print in 11x17 tabloid formatting at MSU

Environment

MSU Print

Before You Begin

11x17 printing is only available via web print, and only on the color printers at the following locations:

• Gast Library, Room 50
• Human Ecology, Room 106
• Packaging, Room 121

Steps

1. Login to print.msu.edu and make sure you have print credits
   • 11x 17 printing is $0.24/page
2. Select Webprint in the left-hand column and then select your location (remembering that 11x17 is only available at the locations listed in the Before You Begin section.
3. Next, you need to select color both sides or color one side
   If you select black and white it will say ‘disallowed paper size’ when going to print
4. Upload the document that has the 11 x 17 size printing selected in the document
5. Tap your ID on the color printer or:
   1. Select held in queue;
   2. Select print; and
   3. Select your chosen color printer.
