Learning Space and Digital Classroom Support provide technical assistance for the audiovisual and IT equipment in MSU classrooms. When technology issues arise during classes, MSU IT analysts respond promptly to troubleshoot and resolve the problem, ensuring minimal disruption to teaching and learning activities. Support for this service includes:

Our Digital Classroom Support team delivers fast, on-site assistance for AV issues in classrooms and learning spaces, provides brief trainings on tech cart use and Zoom navigation, resolves reported technology issues, and supports student printing services across university-owned MSU IT Printers.
- Classroom Software
MSU IT manages over 30 computer labs and more than 350 technology classrooms across campus accessed by students, faculty, and staff using their MSU NetID. (See the computer lab locations and hours.) Faculty and instructors can request additional software for specific teaching needs.
- Health College Classroom and Event Support
AV support for HHP classrooms, lecture halls and small group rooms, including CBT support and iClicker information. If you don't have access to the HHP instance of TDX, use the service listed below to request that.
