Objective
Following these steps will submit a request for support for a Health College event using the Health College Request system.
Environment
srs.teamdynamix.com (Health College Request System)
Before You Begin
These steps will take you to the Health College Request system, which is different from tdx.msu.edu, which you are using here. To request service directly through this portal, please see KB 1919 (link) for those instructions.
Steps
- Go to https://srs.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Requests/ServiceCatalog (link) and log in with your MSU NetID credentials
- Once logged in, select:
- Academic and Media Services
- Classroom and Event Support
- Meeting Support (for meetings) or Classroom and Lecture Support (for academic events)
- Then select the green Requests Service box
- Fill out all the information in the fields with a red asterisk
- Please list your Start Time as the actual time the event is scheduled to start. We will build in appropriate set up time.
- Also enter the date in the Title field of the event. This will make your tickets easy to find if you need to Change or Cancel an event.

Cancelling an Event Request
If you need to cancel an event you can simply click on SERVICES in the Green Banner then look at “My Recent Requests” on the right side of the Service Catalog page.. Then select X Withdraw Request.
Changing an Existing Event Request
If you need to change some detail of a request you will need the ticket number of the event. You can find your tickets by selecting SERVICES in the Green Banner. Look under My Recent Requests to the right. They will be listed by title so it is good to include the date in the title of your requests when initially placing the request. Note the ticket number of the one you want to make the changes to. You can then communicate the change by selecting SERVICES in the Green Banner and under Popular Services in the lower right select Change or Update to Classroom, Lecture or Meeting Support. Fill out all the information in the fields with a red asterisk.
