Classroom Support - How To Request Support for Health College Events Using the ITHelp Client Portal

Objective

Following these steps will submit a request for support for a Health College event using this Client Portal.

Environment

TeamDynamix (tdx.msu.edu)

Before You Begin

You will need a Health College TeamDynamix account to complete these steps. See the informational alert below where this can be requested during the process.

Steps

  1. Go to Client Portal IT Help (link)
  2. Select Submit a Request
  3. Select Classroom Support
  4. Once you have an account, select Request Health College Classroom and Event Support
  5. Then under Popular Services select either Classroom and Lecture Support or Meeting Support.
  6. Fill out the fields
