Objective
Following these steps will submit a request for support for a Health College event using this Client Portal.
Environment
TeamDynamix (tdx.msu.edu)
Before You Begin
You will need a Health College TeamDynamix account to complete these steps. See the informational alert below where this can be requested during the process.
Steps
- Go to Client Portal IT Help (link)
- Select Submit a Request
- Select Classroom Support
If you need and don't have a Health College TeamDynamix account you can select Request a Health College TDx Account.
- Once you have an account, select Request Health College Classroom and Event Support
- Then under Popular Services select either Classroom and Lecture Support or Meeting Support.
- Fill out the fields
