Re-run the Same Report With Different Options
To re-run the same report with different options, click the Run option on the banner at the top of the webpage and then select the Reset prompts and run option from the drop-down list.

Run a Different Report Keeping the Original Open
To run a different report while keeping the first report open, click the Team Content icon on the left side of the webpage and navigate the folder structure to make a different report selection.

Closing a Report
To close a report, click its title on the banner at the top of the webpage and click the ‘x’ next to the report in the drop-down list.

Notes
- When re-running a report with multiple prompts, make sure you clear any initial selections to avoid inconsistent results. For example, if you originally ran the report for an organizational unit and now wish to run it for an account, clear the selected organizational unit before selecting the account.
- Multiple Cognos functionality can be opened at the same time, such as reports and Query Studio, by using the banner on the left side of the webpage to navigate to other items.
- Reports and tools stay open until you close them or log off.
