What Is the Service?

Enterprise Reporting utilizes technologies and tools that support converting raw data into actionable insights, find trends, and prescribe certain courses of action. Specific tools supported include Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI.

This service transforms transactional data into actionable insights and serves over 2,000 members of the administrative staff at MSU by providing analytics that assist them in performing the functions that enable the University to operate.

These offerings enable departments to create dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Enterprise features such as PDF email scheduling, bursting, website embedding, and advanced report security are available.

Request a configuration of your Tableau server site. Once the Tableau team receives your request, we will complete the configuration change within two business days.
