Once you click Finish on the prompt page, the report is generated and results are displayed. Reports generally run in HTML by default and have navigation links in the lower left corner. Use these links to “page’ through the report.
- Top – go to the beginning of the report.
- Page Up – go to the previous page.
- Page Down – go to the next page.
- Bottom – go to the end of the report.
In many reports, the last page (bottom) of the report is the summary page. This page lists all prompt values used in running the report. This information can be helpful when troubleshooting reports.
Some reports offer filtering while in the report, through drop-down menus at the top of the report. In the example shown above, the report results can be filtered by organization and account.
To re-run the same report with different options, click the Run option on the banner at the top of the webpage and then select the Reset prompts and run option from the drop-down list.
