SIS Campus Solutions - How to View Multiple Student Accounts From One MSU Guest Account

Objective

Following these steps will allow you to change which student you are currently viewing in SIS Campus Solutions if you have access to more than one.

Environment

SIS Campus Solutions (student.msu.edu)

Before You Begin

You will need to have been granted access to any student account you wish to view. Instructions for this process are available in KB 5 (link).

Steps

1. Log in to student.msu.edu using your MSU Guest Account
2. From the guest account main page, select the Student Accounts tile.

3. On the new page that opens, select Account Details from the menu on the left.
   • If you don't see the menu on the left, it may be hidden. Look for a black tab with two vertical white lines on it. Click that to bring out the menu.

4. On the new page that opens, scroll down and select the Go to My Account button.
   • If you have multiple students, they will show in the dropdown box on this page. However, no matter what is selected here, the first student will always be shown on the next page.

5. On the next page, a Notifications box may appear in the upper-right. Select the X to close that box.

6. Under the box you just closed, select the pencil icon that should now be showing.

7. Select View next to the student you want to view, and then select Close

8. You're done! You should now be viewing the student record you selected.
