Resolution

  1. GE released a set of patched JAR files for 4.0.3 which can be found at \\babylon\dist\Apps\ApprovedApps\Centricity RA1000\RA1000_4030\JAR files
  2. Create backups of the original files located at C:\platinum, and then copy and paste the files from the babylon folder into the platinum folder.
  3. In the platinum folder there is a launcher.cfg. Open that with Notepad and make sure the following lines are set to:
    • -ms300M
    • -mx600M
  4. Save the launcher file and then re-launch Centricity PACS.
