Spartan PowerApps - Gerneral Information About the PowerApps Per User License

The "PowerApps per user license" enhances standard PowerApps capabilities by enabling premium connectors, allowing connections to Enterprise Data in both on-prem and Azure, and to Dataverse without Teams. The "per user license" is required to access any app that is created using these features. However, many free connectors are available even without this license.
