Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) - Error: "SAP Application Warning: Your current page contains unsaved data"

Problem

When trying to navigate through EBS you are presented with a pop-up that your current page contains unsaved data.

Environment

Enterprise Business Systems (EBS)

Resolution

Select from the following options to proceed:

1. Continue without navigation and open a new window will not save changes but will open your desired selection in a new window.
2. Go back to your page and save data will allow you to go back to the page to save changes.
3. Discard changes and open content in same window will not save changes and opens your desired selection in the same window.

Cause

You have attempted to leave an application without saving the data changed in the application. This message may occur in the following tiles:

• Employee Self Service;
• Manager Self Service;
• Unit Administrator; or
• Unit Time Administrator.
