Eduroam - How to Connect to Eduroam Wireless on a Windows Device

Following these steps will connect your Windows device to the Eduroam wireless network.

Before You Begin

Michigan State University has adopted eduroam, which is used by many educational institutions as a secure way to offer WiFi to campus visitors. Eduroam is available at many universities across the state and country, as well as some other locations. No registration is required. Connect using your login credentials anywhere the Eduroam SSID is broadcast.

Steps

  1. Select the Network icon located on the task bar
  2. Locate the Eduroam connection

  3. Select Connect Automatically

  5. When prompted, enter your MSU email address and password
