Problem

While connected to the VPN you are not able to access services like Elastic Storage or Outlook.

Resolution

Open the Windows Credential Manager (or Keychain, for macOS) and remove any saved passwords for Elastic Storage, Outlook, or other services you're unable to access. Restart your computer and try again.

Cause

Invalid credentials will prevent access.
