Virtual Private Network (VPN) - While Connected to VPN You Cannot Connect Services Like FileShare or Outlook

Problem

While connected to the VPN you are not able to access services like FileShare or Outlook.

Virtual Private Network (VPN)

Resolution

Open the Windows Credential Manager (or Keychain, for macOS) and remove any saved passwords for FileShare, Outlook, or other services you're unable to access. Restart your computer and try again.

Cause

Invalid credentials will prevent access.
