Kuali Finance System (KFS) - PDF Appears Blank When Uploading

Problem

When attempting to upload a PDF to Kuali Finance System (KFS), the PDF appears blank.

Resolution

Open the PDF and print to PDF to create a new version of the file. Upload the newly created file to KFS normally.

Cause

The person who filled out the form originally may have used a version that had a foreign language enabled. The information is there, but not being displayed properly.
