Objective
Following these steps will pin a course to your homepage in D2L, causing it to always show up on that page.

Before You Begin
Be aware there are multiple reasons why a course may not appear in your D2L at all. See this article (link) for more.
The non-mobile version of these instructions are available in KB 11.
Steps
- Select the hamburger menu icon in the upper-left of the screen
- Select the waffle menu icon in the upper-right of the menu that appears
- You can narrow the list by typing part of the course name in the search box at the top of the resulting screen
Easiest way to narrow it down is to type the semester code and year, since only classes you are enrolled in will appear. Ex: FS23 for Fall 2023, SS24 for Spring 2024, and US24 for Summer 2024.
- Hover over the course you want and select the icon of 3 dots that appears
- Select Pin to pin the course to your homepage
- The pinned course should always appear on your D2L homepage under Pinned. Select the X at the top-right of the screen to return to your homepage.
- On the homepage under My Courses, be sure that Pinned is selected and not All.
