Why is my course not showing on my D2L homepage?

Answer

There are a few reasons why a course you are registered for might not show on your D2L homepage.

• Enrollment issues: Only courses that you are enrolled in will show in D2L. You can verify your enrollment for a class by visiting student.msu.edu (link).
  There may be a delay after enrollment up to 4 business days before the course will show
• Course Not Pinned: The course may be available to you in D2L but just not showing on the homepage. Pinning the course will fix this. See this article (link) for instructions.
• Course Not Active: The course instructor has discretion when a course on D2L become activated and available for students to access. Some courses do not use D2L at all. If you are unsure if the course is supposed to be active and on D2L, contact your instructor to verify.
