Does Microsoft Copilot (Enterprise) store my data externally?

Can I use Microsoft Copilot (Enterprise) to develop Copilot agents?
No. The Enterprise version provides access to built-in AI agents but does not support agent creation or customization. However, users with Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses can access the Copilot Studio lite experience, which allows them to create and test simple custom copilot agents within the Microsoft 365 environment.
