Spartan Mail - How To Find Full Email Headers for Reporting Abuse Issues

Objective

Following these steps will find and copy the Full Email Headers for a given message in Outlook.

Steps

1. Double-click to open the message in its own window.
2. Select File.
3. Select Properties.
4. In the window that opens, copy the text found in the section titled "Internet Headers".

5. You're done! You have copied the full email headers and can now paste them where needed.

Additional Info

Full Email Headers contain useful information about the actual origins of suspicious emails, even if the sender has tried to hide or spoof them.
