Telecom - General Information About the Telecom Self-Service Portal

This Telecom self-service portal (link) allows you to get the latest software downloads and documentation for several enhanced services provided by Telecommunication Systems. Users can also turn specific service on or off.

Important limitations to note: 

  • A valid faculty/staff MSU NetID is required for access.
  • A phone number record must be available on MSU People Search for the self-service portal to allow users to self-provision softphone and voicemail options.
  • Any user with a restricted directory record will need to use the Service Offerings from the Avaya Campus PBX Service Page (link).
