N-Focus is a web-based analysis and reporting tool for automatic call distribution customers. Its real-time and historical reports provide powerful insight into call-center operations. The tool provides easy-to-understand yet in-depth analysis that allows managers to make informed, timely decisions to improve call-center performance.

You can use the Request a Telephone Consultation option to request:
- access to a particular group or set of groups in N-Focus; or
- help using the system
If N-Focus is degraded or unavailable, contact the IT Service Desk (ITSD) to have an incident created.
