Objective
Following these steps will update the time entered on a ticket in the TeamDynamix system.
Environment
TeamDynamix - Admin Version 11.7 (11.7.6.0)
Before You Begin
This process is only used to modify existing time entries and cannot create new ones. If you have not entered time on a ticket, you will need to do so from an Update action on the ticket itself.
Steps
- Go to the My Work application/tab.
- Select My Time Card from the pane on the left.
- Navigate to the time period of the time that needs to be adjusted using the arrows or calendar icon near the top of the screen.
- Click on the time entry that needs to be adjusted.
Click on the number of hours entered on the specified date, not on the name of the ticket.
- In the window that pops up, click the Edit option
- Make the necessary modifications and click the Save button
- You're done! The time will now be updated on the ticket.
