      • Change ticket submitted; maintenance posted to Service Status
    • Non-Production
      • Friday 9 PM to Saturday 4 AM
  • Major Release
    • Requires downtime
    • Notice sent 4 weeks in advance
    • Production
      • 12 AM to 4 AM on day of release
      • Change ticket submitted; maintenance posted to Service Status
    • Non-Production
      • 12 AM to 6 PM day before release

MSU IT Maintenance Schedule and Impact

  • Weekly
    • No downtime
    • Production
      • Thursday 7 PM to 11 PM (duration depends on content of updates)
      • Change ticket submitted; no maintenance posted to Service Status due to lack of downtime
