Kuali Finance System (KFS) - Access Denied Error 15 "This Request was Blocked by our Security Service"

Problem

When attempting to upload a PDF to Kuali Finance System (KFS) you receive an error saying "This request was blocked by our security service".

Resolution

Open the PDF causing the error and print it to PDF to create a new PDF file. Then attach the new file to KFS normally.

Cause

Embedded JavaScript can cause issues with the upload. Printing to PDF removes the JavaScript and fixes the issue.
