Zoom Web Conferencing - How To Connect Your Microsoft 365 Calendar to Zoom Workplace

Objective

Following these steps will connect your Microsoft 365 Calendar to your Zoom Workplace.

This will allow you to create meetings directly on your 365 calendar within the Zoom client interface. Doing this also allows the automatic distribution of meeting invitations within Outlook to the users that are invited to a meeting.

Steps

  1. Open the Zoom Workplace client interface and select the Meetings tab.

  2. Once the Meetings tab opens, select Connect at the top left (highlighted in image)

  3. After selecting Connect, select the button that says Connect next to Microsoft 365

  4. Selecting the Connect button should automatically open a new tab in your web browser and display a login page. Log in with your MSU NetID and password

  5. After you log in with your MSU credentials, make sure Office 365 is selected and hit the Next button

  6. Select Authorize

  7. Finally, if you are not already logged into Microsoft 365, it will ask you to do so. Proceed as you normally would as if you were accessing SpartanMail

  8. You're done!

Once you complete the authorization, the Zoom Workplace client should automatically update to show your 365 calendar in the 'Meetings' tab.
