Objective
Following these steps will create a service in the TeamDynamix catalog.

Before You Begin
You must have an Analyst or Technician role in TeamDynamix to use this process.
Steps
- Login to the Client Portal in the Development Environment: https://msuitdev.teamdynamix.com/SBTDClient/32/Portal/Home/
- Navigate to the appropriate Category for your Service
Example
Services related to TeamDynamix are located under the following categories:
Service Catalog → Administrative and Business → Business Capability and Process Automation → TeamDynamix (TDX)
- Select +New Service

- In the New Service page, enter the details of the Service. There are only 3 required fields, and details about each field are available in the help text, but here are a few things to note when creating the Service:
- The Manager field is auto-populated to the name of the person creating the Service, so be sure to update this to the appropriate user or group who will be handling anything related to this Service.
- After selecting the appropriate application (Request Application field) be sure that Request Type matches the Category you have selected to create the Service under. This is where the Service will be located once created.
- Save.
