  7. A process will be triggered to verify the change and generate the maintenance activity.
    1. If the dates entered for the Scheduled Start Date and Scheduled End Date are not a valid combination or the risk score cannot be calculated, the change will be rejected and route to the Revise Change Order task. The change must be updated and this task marked complete to be considered for review.
    2. Ensure there are no Detected Conflicts before proceeding.  Note:  Change Deferment Windows will also be shown here as well.  Refer to Change Deferment and Pauses Process

  8. The change will be routed to the identified Internal Change Review group for approval. After this step, the Change Type will determine if additional approval steps are necessary.
    1. If the change is rejected at one of the approval steps, it will route to the Revise Change Order task. The change must be updated and this task marked complete to be considered for review again.
  9. Once the change is approved, several approval actions will be triggered to send out notifications and generate tasks as necessary.
    1. If the change is altered after approval, the workflow should be reassigned to have the change reviewed and approved again. This can be done using the Actions >> Reassign Workflow option and selecting the Request for Change workflow.
  10. Once the change has been implemented, select the Appropriate Closure Code
  11. The change order workflow will update the status to resolve.
