Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) - How to See Who Has Administrator Roles Recover the Tile if it is Missing

Problem

The HR/Payroll Administrator Roles tile allows all employees to see who in their unit has administrator roles, like Unit Administrators, Unit Time Administrators, Time Entry Specialists, Workflow Approvers, and others.

The tile to this application is located in the My Approvals & Workflow group in the EBS Portal. However, the tile may not appear if you have personalized your EBS Portal landing page.

Environment

Resolution

1. Clear your browser cache: HR Link or KB 15 (link).
2. Reset your personalization for that group (or manually add the tile): HR Link (link)

Cause

The EBS Portal allows users to customize their homepage and the needed tile may have been inadvertently hidden or removed.
