Problem
If a bookmark, favorite, or link is out of date, you may receive an error, either:
- HTTP Status 404 - Not Found (most common), or
- Application not Found (rarer, for very old bookmarks)

Resolution
Remove and re-add your bookmark or link to EBS, using the links below:
- https://secportal.ebsp.msu.edu
- https://ebs.msu.edu

Cause
The EBS Portal now uses the New MSU Unified Login Experience. Existing bookmarks or favorites in browsers or links in other documents may not successfully link to EBS.
