Upon logging into the EBS Portal you receive an error message "The following ABAP Exception occurred: USER_NOT_FOUND"

Contact IT Service Desk at (517) 432-6200 to have an incident ticket created.

Cause
You have portal roles but no roles are given in SAP ECC.
